Features and Applications
1. Due to its special surface imitation fish scale micro-texture layer, the cutting resistance can be significantly reduced, the cooling rate is increased, and the cutting rate is increased, thereby effectively improving the performance of the edm wire.
2. The main cutting speed is increased by 20%-30% on average compared to the brass wire. Especially in the processing of thick workpieces and cemented carbide materials, the speed increase is more obvious.
