1. In traditional machine tools , direct use can solve the problems encountered in cutting conductive block and all processing .
2. Direct use of products, the processing efficiency is same as molybdenum wire 's one . If you can find the best machining state of the machine and how to use the JinFenLv brass wire, the machining efficiency can be much greater than molybdenum wire 's . 3. Low elongation, no need to tighten the wire in use after the wire is installed, if have machine with unilateral loose wire , it can be used by hanging the pulley .
4. The finish is the same as molybdenum wire. Due to the quality of aluminum, different grades of aluminum and different thicknesses of aluminum will lead to different discharge gaps when using different processing parameters.
So before processing high-precision aluminum parts, the test piece should be used for processing first to find out the specific discharge gap before processing.
5. Please remove the conductive block before use, because the imprint is not easy to find, and the position of the wire is not correct, it will cause the phenomenon of wire jamming and wire breakage. After removing the conductive block, normal processing will not be affected
